Abstract

This report presents findings from a longitudinal evaluation of participants who attended the Climate Leaders’ Conference in March 2025, drawing on follow-up surveys completed at three and six-months after the event. The evaluation explores the extent to which conference learning translated into sustained action, changes in professional practice, and wider institutional influence over time.
