Abstract

Boxed art object consisting of 80-page book containing 16 poems by Emmy Hennings (co-founder of Dada) in the original German, followed by translations and versionings of these, and a 3 page Introduction; 4 x 14.5 cm x 10 cm lanterns displaying 16 collages by John Goodby; and 4 electronic tealights.

Co-written with David Annwn; I was responsible for all translations from the German to English, and we were equally responsible (8 poems each, one of the 16 jointly versioned); all 16 lantern collages and book cover artwork by myself.
