Abstract
Advises sports lawyers on dealing with procedural and substantive errors which may arise when disciplinary tribunals or national sports federations make decisions about their athlete clients. Proposes an international regulatory framework through which athletes could challenge national level decisions, emphasising the potential role of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in creating a framework of sporting judicial precedent.
