Abstract

This paper shows results obtained from player testing at the Wimbledon Qualifying Tournament. The analysis includes a definition of player performance, the calculation of a point derived from concept of the well documented 'power region', and general aspects of play such as characteristics of the impact position and instant. Players generally hit the ball at the node point and produced spins of up to 2000rpm.
