PEREIRA, Mauro and HENNEBERGER, K. (1998). Microscopic theory for the influence of Coulomb correlations in the light-emission properties of semiconductor quantum wells. Physical Review B, 58 (4), 2064-2076.Full text not available from this repository.
A nonequilibrium Green’s-function T -matrix approach is presented for the consistent computation of semiconductor quantum-well optical spectra including strong Coulomb correlations in the coupled photon and carrier system. Numerical solutions of the Bethe-Salpeter-type equations yield good agreement with recent absorption and/or gain and emission experiments.
