Discusses the challenge brought by a number of football agents in CAA Base Ltd v Football Association Ltd, before the Rule K Arbitration Tribunal, concerning the implementation of FIFA's rules on football agents and whether they amounted to an anti-competitive agreement, a breach of dominant position or a restraint of trade.
