Abstract
Comments on AR v PK SA (C-618/21) (ECJ), clarifying the scope of extra-contractual clauses affecting the remedies available to third-party victims of road traffic accidents, and of such victims' direct rights of action against the insurers of drivers who caused damage under Directive 2009/103.
