Abstract

In this presentation I’m going to discuss how the use of community publishing can add value to service evaluation and offer a means for participants and possibly other stakeholders in projects to express aspects of community projects in their own terms. I'm going to reflect on some aspects of a project on which I wrote a number of publications several years ago, and the lessons that can be drawn from what I didn't know then, but understand better now.
