Abstract

As we noted in our introduction to this special issue, and as is evident in the papers contained herein, the nature-nurture debate continues to be one of the most passionately argued in all of science. The purpose of this epilogue is to synthesize the various perspectives noted throughout this special issue in order to identify points of agreement and disagreement, which may serve as a guide for future research in this area.
