Sandwich Club – an eating event

Join Rachael Colley, Seiko Kinoshita and Phillip McCrilly for an artist-led eating experience. Participants are invited to join a 'sandwich club' lunch, where each element including the ingredients, eating utensils and props have been considered by the artists. For this event, the three artists have worked collaboratively to explore their expanded practices, which incorporate natural dye, food waste, fermentation, foraging and the act of eating. This event accompanies the current exhibition In the Same Breath, which will be on display in the gallery.
