Abstract
Journeying through Dementia is a research informed artefact to support occupational therapy facilitators working with individuals at an early point in their dementia journey.

This is a research informed product to support therapists working with people following a diagnosis of dementia. The Journeying through Dementia intervention was developed in partnership with people living with dementia and the resource was co-produced with therapists in Scotland. This is cited in and supports the Scottish Policy document Connecting People Connecting Support.
