    Abstract

    This article looks at the case of the Brazilian marathon runner who was attacked whilst leading the Athens' 2004 Olympic marathon and poses the question of under what circumstances it may be reasonable for the Court of Arbitration for Sport to retrospectively alter the results of sports events.
