Abstract

Numerical solutions of the Bethe Salpeter equation for the polarization function of quantum wells with frequency- dependent carrier-carrier dephasing for the line broadening are reported with a Green's Function approach that satisfies the Kubo-Martin-Schwinger sum rule.
