Abstract

AC spectroscopic measurements were performed on activated BaSr oxide used in the cathode ray tubes under vacuum of 10(-7) mbar at temperatures ranging from 300 to 1100 K. Using the Cole-Cole plots, values of the most probable relaxation time, the distribution factor and dielectric constants are estimated for both Debye and Maxwell-Wagner-Sillars type polarisations.
